Assembly is straightforward, and the poles are easy to put together. The ground socket is designed to twist 20 inches into the ground, providing a secure foundation to support heavy feeders and planters. It includes a set screw and a 1/2-inch turning hole for easy installation.
The hooks are available in different configurations, with the 2-arm hooks made of 7/16-inch round steel, and the 3-arm and 4-arm hooks crafted from 3/8-inch wrought iron with premium hand-forged ends. All hooks have a 12-inch reach and are powder-coated black, ensuring they maintain their appearance over time. These strong arms are designed to provide reliable support without any bouncing or sagging.
To discourage squirrels and raccoons from accessing your bird feeders, the raccoon baffle is constructed from galvanized steel and powder-coated black. Measuring 28 inches long and 6-1/4 inches in diameter, the baffle should be mounted a minimum of 4 feet from the top to the ground, and the pole should be placed 8 to 10 feet away from railings, roofs, or trees.
The heavy-duty black powder-coated steel construction ensures the durability and longevity of the entire system.
