Each kit includes three pole sections, a twister ground socket, a raccoon baffle, and a two-, three-, or four-arm topper. The poles are constructed from 1" super-strong steel that has been powder-coated black for a sleek and durable finish. These poles are easy to assemble, ensuring a hassle-free installation process.
The ground socket is designed to twist 20" into the ground, providing a sturdy foundation to support heavy feeders and planters. It includes a set screw and a 1/2" turning hole for easy installation.
The 2-arm hooks are made of 7/16" round steel, while the 3-arm and 4-arm hooks are crafted from 3/8" wrought iron with premium hand-forged ends. These hooks offer a remarkable 12" reach, and they are also powder-coated black to match the overall aesthetic.
The raccoon baffle is constructed from galvanized steel and powder-coated black. Measuring 28" long and 6-1/4" in diameter, this baffle is designed to discourage squirrels and raccoons from accessing your bird feeders. It is recommended to place the pole 8-10' away from railings, roofs, or trees, and the baffle should be mounted a minimum of 4' from the top to the ground.
The entire system boasts a heavy-duty black powder-coated steel construction, ensuring strength and durability. The 3-piece 1" diameter tubular pole provides a sturdy foundation, while the twister ground socket securely anchors the system into the ground.
